A free plan that finishes the lesson
Timelines, worksheets, slide decks and corridor displays, built in the Canva you already use at school. The free plan is sized for one real piece of work, at full resolution, with no watermark and no account to create.
Free, no account, no watermark. No data collected about your students.

J’en profiteA tool you build a lesson around has to still be there in March
The risk with free software in a school is not the price, it is the rug pull: you build a sequence around a tool, then the thing you used becomes a paid feature halfway through the year, and the budget request takes a term to answer. So the only useful promise is a specific one — what exactly is free, and what we would have to tell you before changing it.
What we commit to on the free plan
Specific commitments, because “free forever” with an asterisk is worth nothing to someone planning a term.
Full quality, no watermark
Free output is the same resolution as Pro output, with no addly logo added anywhere. A worksheet printed from the free plan is indistinguishable from one printed on Pro.
No account, no student data
The free plan needs no account with us, so there is nothing to sign your students up for. We never receive student names: the app reads the design you have open, and nothing in a worksheet identifies a child unless you typed it there.
Readable projected, readable printed
Charts and timelines are generated with contrast and minimum type sizes that survive a classroom projector and a black-and-white photocopier. Both are a worse rendering device than a laptop screen, and both are what your material actually lands on.
Light enough for school hardware
The heavy work happens in a panel that renders in the browser without a graphics card. If Canva runs acceptably on a machine, our panel does too.

Building a lesson, in the time you actually have
One free evening, one sequence ready for Monday.
Step 1
Start from the design, not from a tool
Open the deck or worksheet in Canva, select the page you are working on, and open the app panel. There is no project to create and nothing to import.
Step 2
Generate the thing that used to take the evening
A dated timeline, a readable chart, a captioned clip for a flipped-classroom video. Paste or select, then adjust — the output is editable Canva elements, so you can fix a label without starting over.
Step 3
Print it and project it before the lesson
Check it on the classroom projector and on a black-and-white print. We designed for both, but your room is the only real test, and the elements stay editable if something needs more contrast.
What teachers use these for
The three apps that come up most in classroom work, and what the free plan covers in each.
- Chart StudioDated timelines and readable charts from a pasted table — 50 rows is more than most classroom datasets. High-contrast styling by default, which matters more on a wall than on a screen.Learn more
- Magic CaptionsCaptions on a two-minute clip, free. Useful for a hard-of-hearing student, for a noisy room, and for pupils who read along better than they listen.Learn more
- Translate ProOne page into two languages, layout intact. Enough for a bilingual handout or for a note home to families who do not read French.Learn more
The questions teachers send us
When Pro is worth it for a teacher — and when it is not
If you build one chart a week, stay on Free: it is sized for that and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Pro earns its price if you are preparing a whole sequence at once, captioning long videos, or producing bilingual material regularly.
Compare Free and Pro3 days free, then €19.99 a year. Personal subscription, cancel any time.
- Unlimited charts per design, for a deck built in one sitting
- Clips up to two hours, for recorded lessons rather than snippets
- Whole designs translated, for bilingual sequences
- Saved presets, so next term's material matches this term's
- Priority support, answered within one business day
Build the lesson first. Decide about paying later.
The free plan needs no account and adds no watermark. If you outgrow it, Pro is €19.99 a year with a 3-day trial.
