Best for anything with an attachment, an invoice number or a long explanation. Write from the address on the account when the question is about billing, so we do not have to verify your identity separately.

Privacy and legal
Data requests, GDPR rights, unlawful content notifications and formal complaints. Put "Privacy" or "Legal" in the subject line, and send a letter instead if you want a dated paper trail.

What to expect, and when
Business days are Monday to Friday, French public holidays excluded. These are the targets we hold ourselves to, not a contractual service level.
When we are around
Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Paris time (CET or CEST). Outside those hours the chat still takes your message and we answer in the morning.
An incident that affects paid features is handled whenever it happens, and reported on our status page.
