addly is a small French software company. We publish apps on the Canva Apps Marketplace for the moment a design is almost right and the tool stops short — the chart that will not match your brand, the caption that has to be retyped in four languages, the mockup that takes an afternoon.

How we got here
addly is the brand of ACCENSEO, a company registered in Paris in 2024 to build software for marketplaces. We started where we had been losing the most time ourselves: inside Canva, doing by hand what a well-made app could do in two clicks.
The first app shipped as a weekend fix for one chart that refused to look like the rest of a deck. People asked for the rest, so we kept going. Today we publish a catalog of apps on the Canva Apps Marketplace, each one aimed at a single annoying task rather than at a broad category.
We are deliberately small, we take no outside funding, and the only thing paying our bills is the Pro subscription. That shapes the product: no advertising, no data resale, no growth trick that costs you attention. If an app does not earn its EUR 19.99 a year, we would rather fix it than market it harder.
What we actually hold to
The free plan is not a trap
It has no time limit and no card requirement, and it keeps working forever. We would rather you use the free plan for a year and upgrade once you need to, than feel pushed into a trial you did not want.
Honest persuasion only
No fake scarcity, no countdown that resets, no invented testimonial. Demo data is labelled as demo data. The price, the trial length and the cancellation path are on every page that asks for money.
Your content stays yours
We process what a feature needs, return the result, and delete the input. We do not keep your designs, we do not train models on them, and we do not sell anything about you.
Speed is a feature
An app that loads slowly inside Canva breaks your flow, so we treat payload size and response time as product requirements, not as a cleanup task for later.
How we work
Six people would be a crowd for some of these decisions, so we keep the loop short:
- We ship small and often, behind flags, and we read every support message ourselves.
- Support and engineering are the same people. A bug reported in the morning is usually answered by whoever can fix it.
- We write down the reasons for our technical choices, so the next decision starts from evidence instead of memory.
- We publish our incidents, our uptime and our refund rules rather than hiding behind a contact form.
