Live state of the parts of addly we run ourselves: this website, the API our apps call, the app surfaces inside Canva, and payments. We publish incidents here before anyone has to ask.

    API unavailable for 41 minutes

    A database failover did not promote the replica cleanly, and chart rendering returned errors. We restored the primary, replayed the queued jobs, and no data was lost. Failover is now tested monthly, and the readiness check that missed the problem has been fixed.

  2. Degraded performance3 hours 20 minutes

    Slow chart rendering

    Rendering took up to twelve seconds for large datasets after a dependency update changed how fonts were loaded. We rolled the update back, then shipped it again with the fonts cached.

    Planned database upgrade

    Announced five days ahead. Paid features were read-only for the window, the website stayed up, and no payment was affected.

Announced at least five days in advance, always outside European business hours.

  • Storage migration

    Chart exports may take a few extra seconds. No sign-out, no interruption to checkout, and no action needed on your side.
