Work on tools people use every day

We are a small team in Paris building apps used inside Canva. That means short feedback loops, real users within hours of a release, and no layer between the person who writes the code and the person who files the bug.

What working here is like

Read this before the roles — it filters better than a job title.

  • Small team, wide scope: you will own features end to end, from the Canva panel to the Stripe webhook.
  • Remote-friendly within European time zones, with an office in the 8th arrondissement of Paris for whoever wants it.
  • Everyone does support duty, one day every two weeks. It is the best product research we have.
  • We write decisions down. A proposal with a measurement beats a proposal with an opinion.
  • No on-call rotation for a team our size: we page the person who shipped the change, and we keep the service simple enough that this works.

Practical things

  • Pay published in the role

    We state a range and we do not negotiate against candidates. Reviewed once a year for everyone at the same time.

  • French contract, EU remote

    CDI under French law, 25 days of paid leave plus RTT, mutuelle covered at 100% for you and at 50% for your family.

  • Your setup, your choice

    A budget for the machine, the chair and the screen you actually want, and it stays yours after two years.

  • Four hours a week to learn

    Not a vague encouragement: a slot in the calendar, for a course, a prototype or a contribution to something we depend on.
