Build with addly

Agencies, in-house studios, training organizations and other app developers work with us when their clients live inside Canva. There is no fee to join, no tier to climb, and no quota.

Three ways to work together

Agency and studio partners

You run Canva for clients, as a design studio, a brand agency or an in-house team. We make the apps part of your delivery rather than one more invoice your client has to understand.

  • One invoice for all the client seats you manage, with yearly billing
  • 20% off every Pro seat bought through your account
  • A shared support channel with a named contact on our side
  • Early access to new apps, so you can plan a delivery around them

Technology partners

You publish on the Canva Apps Marketplace too, or you run a tool our users already have. We would rather our apps hand off cleanly to yours than reimplement what you do well.

  • Joint integration work, with engineers talking to engineers
  • Cross-linking on the relevant app pages, no exclusivity asked
  • Early notice of a platform change we spot before you do
  • A co-written piece on how the two tools fit, when there is something real to say

Training and education partners

You teach Canva — in a school, a professional training center or a community. Our apps are part of a real production workflow, which makes them a good teaching subject.

  • Free Pro licenses for a teaching cohort, for the duration of the course
  • Lesson material you can adapt, in English and French
  • A classroom plan without per-student billing
  • Direct access to us for the questions your learners ask

What you get, in every case

  • A human contact

A named person who knows your account, reachable by email or on the shared channel, not a ticket queue.

  • Predictable pricing

Published rates and a yearly invoice. No surprise renewal and no price change without 30 days' notice.

  • Material you can reuse

Screenshots, short demos and copy you can put in a proposal, with the trademark rules already sorted out.

  • A say in the roadmap

Partners get asked before a breaking change, and their feature requests arrive with the context of real client work.

How it starts

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about the work

One email with what you do, which apps matter to you and roughly how many seats are involved. No form with eleven required fields.

  2. Step 2

    A 30-minute call

We check that the partnership is actually useful on both sides, agree on the terms, and name the contacts.

  3. Step 3

    You are set up

Partner billing, the shared channel and the asset pack are in place within a week, and your existing seats move over without interruption.

What we look for

We say yes to most requests, and no when one of these is missing:

  • You work with Canva as a real part of your delivery or your teaching, not as a line in a pitch.
  • You describe addly accurately: independent from Canva, with Canva a trademark of Canva Pty Ltd.
  • You do not resell Pro seats at a markup to people who could buy them directly for less.
  • You tell your clients what they are paying for, and let them cancel as easily as they subscribed.
