Every addly app is usable for free, on real work, without an account. The limits are about volume and automation, never about quality: nothing is watermarked, nothing is exported at half resolution.

How the trial actually runs
Three days is short on purpose: it is long enough to finish a real piece of work and too short to forget about. Here is the whole timeline, including the part most sites leave out.
Day 0
You start the trial
Pro switches on immediately, in every addly app. Your card is registered with Stripe but not charged.
Day 2
We email you a reminder
One message, the day before the trial ends, with the amount, the date and a direct cancellation link. Not a marketing email.
Day 3
The year starts, or it does not
If you have not cancelled, the yearly payment is taken and Pro continues for twelve months. If you have, the apps fall back to their free limits and nothing is charged.
One payment a year, not a monthly subscription that is easy to lose track of. The renewal date is on your account page and in the reminder we send before every renewal.
Buying for a team
Pro is per Canva account. For a team, the honest answer is that you buy one subscription per person who needs it — and that we would rather say so than invent a seat model we do not have yet.
Ask about invoicing- Pay by card on checkout, or ask us for an invoice if your finance team needs one.
- A single invoice can cover several subscriptions, so nobody expenses it individually.
- No admin rights on your Canva organization are needed to install or to pay.
- Leaving takes nothing with it: designs are plain Canva elements and stay in your Canva account.
