Legal documents
Everything that governs your use of addly — terms, privacy, cookies, refunds and who publishes this site — in plain language, each one dated.
Terms of service
These terms are the contract between you and ACCENSEO, the company behind addly, when you use this site, install one of our Canva apps, or subscribe to a Pro plan. They serve as both terms of use and terms of sale, under the French Consumer Code for consumers and the French Commercial Code for businesses. They are written to be read, so please do.
Last updatedPrivacy policy
This policy explains what personal data addly collects, why, how long we keep it, who processes it on our behalf, and what you can ask us to do with it. We are a French company, your data is stored in France, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act apply to everything described here.
Last updatedCookie policy
This site runs on a deliberately small number of cookies: the ones that keep you signed in, the one that remembers your support conversation, plus two that remember how you like the site to look. There is no advertising cookie, no cross-site tracker and no audience measurement.
Last updatedLegal notice
The information French law (the LCEN, law 2004-575 of 21 June 2004) requires every publisher of an online service to make available: who publishes this site, who directs its publication, who hosts it, how to reach us, and who can mediate a dispute.
Last updatedRefund and cancellation policy
What happens if you change your mind: a 3-day trial you can leave at no cost, the 14-day right of withdrawal the French Consumer Code gives consumers — which we extend —, an online cancellation in a few clicks, and the cases where we refund beyond what the law requires.
